Our sweet girl Princess Bride (aka Poppy) is testament to how resilient, forgiving, and full of love dogs are. Despite the fact that she had been used as a puppy factory by her people, who let a mass grow to 2lbs on her stomach, Princess is nothing but love. This 35lb sweetheart is estimated to be about 7. She’s had her mass removed, been spayed, had her teeth cleaned, and has been enjoying the good life at her foster home with three other dogs.
She likely never got to enjoy the joys of being a loved dog in her former life, like playing with toys, roaming around the house, or going for walks. And yet, Princess loves cuddles and belly rubs, is a pro at sharing toys, does well with other dogs, and walks well on leash. She’s a little too interested in small animals, like cats and chickens, so she’d do best in a home without them. Oh, and she is super sweet with every size human she’s met.
Princess has been learning even more manners, is crate trained, and is just a wonderful girl who deserves to be a cherished family member.
