Hi everyone, it’s me, Penny! My friends at OPR rescued me from the San Jose shelter at the start of the pandemic in April. I’m a total love bug, and I’ve never met a person I don’t like, but I’m choosy about my canine friends and would do best in a home where I can have my pawrents all to myself. My favorite place to be is next to my humans keeping them company.
I love to go for walks and walk well on leash, but I can get pupset when walking past other dogs. I just need to learn that it’s okay and that I have nothing to worry about. My other hobbies include sleeping in sunny spots, sniffing in the backyard, watching you cook, going for car rides, and being adorable. I don’t even mind going to the vet! I don’t really like to be left alone at home for long periods of time because I start to worry about my people. Can you blame me? I basically think humans are the very best!
